Choosing the correct helmet size is essential for comfort, stability, and protection during airsoft games. A helmet that fits well won’t shift during action and will provide proper safety. Here’s a simple step-by-step guide to help you take accurate head measurements for your airsoft helmet.
Step-by-Step Helmet Sizing Guide
Use a soft measuring tape. If you don’t have one, use a string and measure it with a ruler afterward.
Wrap the tape around your head: – Across the middle of your forehead (about 2 cm or 1 inch above the eyebrows), – Over the temples, – Around the widest part of the back of your head (see image).
Make sure the tape is snug but not too tight. Record the point where the tape meets.
Repeat the measurement 2–3 times to ensure accuracy, and use the average if there’s any variation.
